Midlife Career Change
A space for midlife career changers who feel the pull toward something more meaningful and want to talk it through.

Some seasons ask more of you than you have to give. A job ends, a parent gets sick, a marriage shifts, or the exhaustion you have been outrunning finally catches up. These are not problems to be optimised away — they are transitions, and they are easier to move through alongside people who are moving through them too.
CollWi's Sharing Rooms are free, virtual spaces where women talk honestly about what they are carrying: burnout, uncertainty, self-doubt, loss, the slow work of setting boundaries. There is no fixing and no advice-giving unless you ask for it. If you want more structure, certified coaches run group programs on the same themes.
You do not need a diagnosis or a plan to join. Most women arrive mid-sentence, somewhere in the middle of something, and find that saying it out loud to people who recognise it is the part that helps.

You can be grateful for your life and still wonder whether something needs to change. Maybe you’ve achieved things you once wanted, yet they don’t feel the way you expected. Maybe nothing is obviously wrong, but there’s a quiet feeling that you want something different. This room is for exploring those uncomfortable but important questions without immediately needing to make a big decision. What feels right in your life today? What no longer fits? And if you stopped thinking about what you “should” want, what might you choose instead?

You don’t need to be everything to everyone. You don’t need to earn your rest. You deserve to feel present, grounded, and connected to yourself again. In this 6-week group coaching program, you’ll join a circle of women who understand the invisible weight of expectations, work, family, relationships, caregiving, and are ready to release it. Together, we’ll explore the roots of stress and guilt, learn practical tools to set boundaries, reclaim time, and craft a lifestyle that honors who you truly are. Through live sessions, daily reflections, and a supportive micro-community on CollWi, you’ll move from overwhelm to empowerment, from pressure to presence.

If you're a College Senior and are wondering what comes next, this is a space to talk about it.

There’s the work everyone sees, and then there’s everything happening quietly in your head: remembering appointments, anticipating what others need, keeping track of the little things, planning ahead, checking in, organizing, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This sharing room is for women who sometimes feel like they’re carrying an invisible list that never really ends. We’ll talk about where that mental load comes from, how it affects our energy and relationships, and what it might look like to share the weight instead of simply becoming better at carrying it.

A small group of women meets virtually with a host. People share what they are working through, listen, and respond. There is no requirement to speak — many women attend their first room mostly listening. Everything said in the room stays in the room.
No. Sharing Rooms are peer support, and coaching is forward-looking work on goals and patterns. Neither treats mental illness. If you are in crisis or want clinical care, a licensed therapist is the right support, and coaching can sit alongside that.
Sharing Rooms are free. Group coaching programs led by certified coaches are paid, and the price is always shown on the event page before you register.
That is normal and completely fine. You control what you share. Many women find the value is in hearing others name something they had not found words for yet.
